The Bluest Edge of Black
60 in. x 60 in.
oil on cradled panel
Rather than reach for a predictable ocean scene, Gabrielle found something more unexpected — an aerial view of a European golf course along the Black Sea. It speaks to both clients at once: his love of the game, her love of nature and open water.
On In Two
72 in. x 144 in.
acrylic, oil and pigment sticks on 3 cradled panels
An abstracted landscape that only reveals itself to those who know where to look. Somewhere in the composition is a small flag — a nod to a beloved golf course that only the owner will ever find. Personal, painterly, and completely at home in the space it was made for.
Golden Aspens
45 in. x 45 in.
oil on cradled panel
Made for a specific wall at the end of a dark hallway, this painting was deliberately luminous — designed to draw the eye from the moment you step inside. A stand of aspens, light filtering through the canopy, bringing a sense of depth and nature to a space that needed both.
